Skyworth Digital (00751.HK) announced that the Group's overall TV sales in April increased by 34% year-on-year to 1.045 million units, with a total increase of 33%. The company said that in March and the end of March, China's color TV business unit in the mainland China's LCD TV market share continues to rank first, 3D LCD TV market sales and sales share continues to be Ranked first.
The sales volume of TV sets of China's color TV business unit increased by 20% year-on-year to 793,000 units, with a total increase of 27% year-on-year. The sales volume of LED LCD TVs increased by 44% year-on-year to 792,000 units, including sales of 3D cloud TV sets. The year-on-year increase was 407% to 170,000 units; 3D LED LCD TVs maintained an average of 210,000 units per year; other LED LCD TVs rose 34% year-on-year to 411,000 units.
