Hu Jiani: This year's second exhibition has doubled in size with a total area of ​​32,000 square meters and 375 exhibitors. The overall layout, planning and practical process are much more mature than last year. Last year, the scale was relatively small. Many media colleagues or industry people came over and may feel that the content is not rich enough. Including related facilities, such as networks, etc. may not be very convenient. Some improvements have been made in these areas this year. I believe everyone will feel better.

Reporter: From yesterday's feedback, as you said, there are a lot of products displayed. The whole, like the news center, can be said to be the best service in the exhibitions I participate in.

Reporter: We know that the first International Consumer Electronics Show was held in the United States and was held in Asia. What kind of experience was learned from the United States and what kind of things were learned?

Hu Jiani: The International Consumer Electronics Show has a history of 50 years. In just 50 years in 2017, it has a very mature operation and industry status, including the concept of organizing exhibitions. It is also very novel and mature. Based on the "innovation" theme, all cutting-edge technologies and industry-leading technology products will be brought to this event to share and publish.

Our Asia Consumer Electronics Show is also in the same line. The same philosophy is only in Asia. In Shanghai, we hope to build a high-end, cutting-edge event that covers the entire Asian level.

Reporter: Just mentioned that the Asia Consumer Electronics Show was held in Shanghai. This exhibition can be said to have special emphasis on the Chinese region. What special advantages do you have for mainland exhibitors? For them? Or what kind of better measures will they have in participating? For other foreign brands, what are their views on Asia Consumer Electronics Show?

Hu Jiani: First of all, although Asia Consumer Electronics Show is located in Shanghai and Asia, but the positioning is still global, the rules of exhibition and the way of propaganda are fair and just principles. We welcome the brand-conscious and innovative products and technologies in this industry to participate in this exhibition.

In this perspective, everyone is fair. We also select such companies with innovative capabilities and independent brands to participate in them. Whether domestic or foreign companies.

Reporter: What kind of attitude do foreign exhibitors hold for hosting CES in Asia?

Hu Jiani: Before we started the first exhibition, we did a lot of research, especially the investigation of large global companies. They have such needs, and they very much hope that there will be such a good platform in Asia to promote their brands and that they will have the opportunity to do so in such a way. So we did such an exhibition at the organizer's point of view. From the perspective of the development in these two years, more and more foreign brands have participated in it, and they have also seen that their needs have been met with certain satisfaction. It is also very suitable for this market needs.

Reporter: More and more foreign companies pay great attention to Asia, especially the mainland.

Hu Jiani: Market development especially needs such a platform to help them promote the market together.

Reporter: There is also an aspect. In recent years, more and more exhibitions are held in mainland China. Like IFA, there is a joint CEC exhibition in Shenzhen. There are so many exhibitions in mainland China, and Asia Consumer Electronics Show is for other exhibitions. What kind of advantages do you have? What are our views on other exhibitions?

Hu Jiani: All exhibitions survive in the industry, certainly have different positioning. Our position on the Asia Consumer Electronics Show is an innovative and leading role for the entire industry, displaying and sharing the latest technologies and products in the platform. Like Las Vegas in the United States, it is such a position and role to run this exhibition. The many exhibitors you see on the scene and so many conference activities are all around this big topic. I believe there are differences with many other exhibitions.

Reporter: You just mentioned that you are very strict about the qualifications of exhibitors. Can you explain in detail?

Hu Jiani: Yes. Before each of our exhibitors apply for a booth, they will be audited, including their own product features, highlights, whether it has a certain industry priorities or innovation. Second, whether the company's brand is focused on long-term planning and development. From these two perspectives, we measure whether this enterprise is suitable for such a platform. In particular, we hope to build Asia Consumer Electronics Show as a leading industry event under the premise of recruiting these companies.

The Asian Consumer Electronics Show is based on China and the Asian market. The prospects for the future are immeasurable. In the next few years, I believe the development will be very rapid. We hope that the International Consumer Electronics Show and the Asia Consumer Electronics Show will complement each other because different markets are located and the meaning of the show is also different.
