Three types of solar photovoltaic building application demonstration projects will be subsidized

The Ministry of Finance announced on the 20th the "Guideline for the Application of Solar Photovoltaic Building Demonstration Projects", which will explicitly subsidize the three types of solar photovoltaic building application demonstration projects. The maximum subsidy standard is divided into two levels of 20 yuan / watt and 15 yuan / watt.

The "Declaration Guide" pointed out that the financial subsidies will focus on supporting the integration of solar photovoltaic building installations and that power generation is mainly used to solve construction energy projects. There are mainly three types of project types:

One is the building material type, which refers to the integration of solar cells and building materials such as tiles, bricks, coils, and glass into inseparable building components or building materials, such as photovoltaic tiles, photovoltaic tiles, photovoltaic roofing membranes, glass photovoltaic curtain walls, Photovoltaic lighting top;

The second is the component type, which refers to the photovoltaic components that are combined with or independently of the building components, such as awning components, shading components, etc., formed by standard common photovoltaic components or photovoltaic components customized according to building requirements;

The third type is the combined installation type with the roof and the wall surface. It refers to the installation on the flat roof, the installation of the slope along the slope roof, and the installation on the wall in parallel with the wall surface.

For this year's subsidy standard, the "Guide to Application" clearly states that the subsidy standard does not exceed RMB 20 per watt for building materials-type and component-type photovoltaic building integration projects; for subprojects that integrate roof- and wall-mount installations of opto-electronic buildings, the subsidy standard Not more than 15 RMB/W; specific criteria will be determined based on the incremental cost of the project and the degree of building integration. The future annual subsidy standards will be appropriately adjusted according to the state of industrial development.
