The car is affected by the "Sade" reason, the Genesis-G70, which instincts to compete with the ATS-L, is now the cheapest hobby in Korea.

Genesis, Hyundai's premium automotive brand, made its official debut on December 9, 2015. Drawing inspiration from luxury brands like Toyota's Lexus, Genesis aims to establish itself as a formidable competitor in the high-end vehicle market. The brand has ambitious plans to unveil a total of six models by 2020. So far, two models have been released: the G80 and G90. The G80, targeted at the C-class segment, rivals vehicles such as the Audi A6L, BMW 5 Series, and Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Meanwhile, the G90 serves as Genesis' flagship sedan, positioning itself against the likes of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series, and Audi A8L. Interestingly, the G90 can also be viewed as the successor to Hyundai's Equus. Today’s focus is on the Genesis G70, a model that has been spotted in spy photos abroad. Positioned below Genesis’ existing lineup, the G70 shares its platform with the Kia Stinger, targeting competitors like the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series, and Audi A4L. Recent reports suggest that the G70 will make its official debut later this year and could hit international markets next year. Based on the Genesis New York Concept Car, the G70 features a striking family-style hexagonal grille that dominates its front fascia. The design incorporates aggressive sporty elements, including distinctive LED daytime running lights that enhance its visual appeal. While the test mules are heavily camouflaged, glimpses of its sporty demeanor are evident, particularly in the form of Brembo-branded brake calipers visible through the rims. Despite the heavy disguise, enthusiasts anticipate a well-proportioned silhouette that aligns with Genesis' reputation for elegance and performance. The rear styling remains somewhat obscured, but the presence of dual exhaust tips hints at its potential power and sporty character. Inside, the cabin is still under wraps, but some details have begun to emerge. The steering wheel, dashboard layout, and central control panel give a glimpse into the G70's cockpit. The interior appears to feature a mix of physical controls and a standalone infotainment screen, though it lacks a fully digital instrument cluster. Instead, a conventional gauge cluster sits in the center of the dash. Genesis plans to offer both standard and sport variants of the G70. The standard model will come equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, producing 258 horsepower and 353 Nm of torque. The sportier variant will feature a twin-turbocharged 3.3-liter V6 engine shared with the G80 and G90, delivering 370 horsepower and 510 Nm of torque. Both versions will pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Overseas sources indicate that the sport edition could achieve a 0-100 km/h sprint in under five seconds, making it one of the quickest offerings in its class. With its blend of luxury, performance, and competitive pricing, the Genesis G70 promises to bring fresh competition to the compact luxury sedan segment, potentially challenging established players like the BMW 3 Series and Audi A4. As Genesis continues to expand its product lineup, it seeks to carve out a niche among the world's most prestigious automakers.
