Texas Instruments Introduces 7 Regulators

Texas Instruments introduced seven SIMPLE SWITCHER regulators that not only simplify the design of a wide VIN synchronous power supply, but also help engineers create energy-efficient products that meet EMI standards. Easy-to-use LM43600/1/2/3 and LM46000/1/2 DC/DC converters not only support input voltages up to 60V, they also show excellent reliability in systems that are not well-defined, and they also support 27 mA. Standby current minimizes light-load power consumption. Its unique synchronous power stage architecture reduces emissions in various industrial, automotive, and communications applications for EMC standards.

The LM43600, LM43601, LM43602, and LM43603 synchronous regulators not only support a wide input voltage of 3.5V to 36V, but also can generate output currents of up to 0.5A, 1A, 2A, and 3A, respectively. The LM46000, LM46001, and LM46002 both support an input voltage range of 3.5V to 60V and output currents up to 0.5A, 1A, and 2A. These converters are highly integrated with compensation, control features, and MOSFETs, reducing the bill of materials (BOM) component by seven. The entire product line is packaged in the HTSSOP, which is not only compatible with both pins and packages, but it can be further expanded.
