The air convection heat-dissipating high-power LED street light lamps launched by Juyi Technology have won two innovation patents for their aluminum heat sinks and product shape structure design and diffusion light guiding components.
The company's LED street light fixture aluminum radiator and product shape structure design. The exterior design is full of modern atmosphere. The air convection cavity aluminum radiator design is adopted in the heat dissipation. The lower layer of the radiator is insulated by the upper layer. The middle of the radiator is connected by 20 round columns and has a chimney effect. Air convection holes on both sides enhance the air circulation inside the lamp body, which is beneficial to the heat discharge, thereby effectively improving the heat conduction efficiency of the LED light source.
The number of heat-dissipating columns can be adjusted according to the condition, the material/size, and the fin-shaped heat sink is not easy to accumulate dust. The structure is simple, and it is not easy to damage and has high reliability compared with a heat dissipation method such as a fan. This unique thermal design allows high-power LED sources to operate at temperatures up to 50°. The brightness of a single LED is minimized by the highest light; and a variety of color temperatures are available to meet the different color temperature requirements of different occasions.
Another patent is a diffused light guiding element that is combined with an LED module to serve as an illumination source. The diffused light guiding element includes an elliptical ring-shaped base and a protruding portion. The protrusion is located on the upper surface of the base and cooperates with the base to define a space having an opening for receiving the LED. The center of the cross section of the protrusion has the smallest thickness and is increased toward the base, and has a thick and central thin structure on both sides. The diffused light guiding element mainly spreads the light diffusing angle of the diffusing light guiding element by a large angle close to 180 degrees by the distribution of the thickness of the protruding portion.
In addition, the use of the component can adjust the light intensity distribution of the overall light source to avoid glare damage to the eyes.
At present, Juyi Technology's street lamps have passed CNS 15233 certification in Taiwan and have their own customer base in Japan, the United States, China, Vietnam, the Soviet Union, Mexico and Malaysia. The company plans to expand to Europe and UAE.
