ON Semiconductor Introduces World's First Extremely Expandable Next Generation Automotive Image Sensor Series

ON Semiconductor has launched a groundbreaking CMOS image sensor platform designed to elevate the performance and image quality of automotive applications like ADAS, mirror replacement, rearview, and surround vision systems, as well as autonomous driving. The Hayabusa™ platform introduces a revolutionary 3.0-micron back-illuminated pixel design that offers the industry’s highest electronic charge capacity of 100,000 electrons. With features such as 120 dB Ultra High Dynamic Range (UHDR), LED Flicker Removal (LFM), and support for resolutions ranging from 1 MP to 5 MP, the Hayabusa platform delivers exceptional imaging capabilities tailored for automotive environments. It also includes on-chip HDR, real-time functional safety, and compliance with automotive-grade standards. Ross Jatou, Vice President and General Manager of ON Semiconductor’s Automotive Solutions Division, commented, “The Hayabusa series enables automakers to meet evolving ADAS standards like the European NCAP 2020 and deliver next-gen features such as electronic rearview mirrors and anti-flicker high-resolution surround vision systems. The sensor’s optical size can be scaled from 1/2 inch to 1/4 inch, helping customers streamline development across multiple platforms and accelerate time-to-market. We’ve already used this proven pixel architecture in high-end digital cameras for filmmaking and TV, and now we’re applying it to new sensors built to automotive standards.” The high-charge-capacity pixel design ensures that each Hayabusa sensor can capture ultra-exposed images with 120-dB HDR and LFM, maintaining excellent low-light sensitivity even in extreme lighting conditions. The platform's ability to synchronize HDR and LFM is crucial for safety, ensuring all objects and hazards are clearly visible in both dark and bright environments. As LEDs are increasingly used in headlights, taillights, and traffic signals, the LFM function prevents flickering that could distract drivers or confuse machine vision algorithms in ADAS systems. In addition, the Hayabusa product line includes real-time functional safety features compliant with ISO 26262, allowing the sensor to alert the system processor of any issues or errors instantly. This capability supports ASIL-C-rated system designs, enabling faster response times critical for highway driving, where even a one-second delay at 100 feet can make a significant difference. The first product in the Hayabusa series is the 2.6 megapixel AR0233 CMOS image sensor, which operates at 60 fps and delivers ultra-high dynamic range along with LED flicker elimination. All the key features of the Hayabusa platform are integrated into this sensor. Preview customers can now request samples. For more information, reach out to an ON Semiconductor sales representative.

CT For DC Immune Electricity Meters

Performance

●Power frequency insulation strength:The insulation between the primary winding and the secondary winding and the ground part of the CT can bear 4kV power frequency voltage for 1minute

●Interturn insulation strength:The secondary open circuit, the primary winding through the rated current 1min, no inter-turn damage in the transformer

●The deviation is better than the industry standards and national standards

DC resistance current transformer has standard mounting hole and high precision, seals with epoxy and uses ABS,PBT,PC flame retardant plastic shell,.It`s temperature resistance >85℃.
