Enthusiasts should pay special attention to the positive and negative poles of the speakers when making, repairing, and purchasing speakers. When assembling the speaker, if the "+-" pole is reversed, the speaker will produce phase distortion.

When repairing speakers and speakers, I often see inconsistencies in the logos of domestic and foreign manufacturers of field speakers. The author introduces four methods to judge the polarity of the speaker. One is to touch the "+,-" end of the speaker with a 1.5V battery. The low-frequency speaker cone is pushed up and down, and the high-frequency speaker cone or diaphragm is pushed down. The "+" pole of the battery is connected to the "+" end of the speaker. When the paper cone or diaphragm is pushed up, the end that the "+" pole of the battery touches is the "+" pole of the speaker. The second is to touch the "+,-" pole of the speaker with a pointer multimeter. The paper cone is pushed up. The end connected with the red pen is the "-" pole of the speaker, and the end connected with the black pen is the "+" pole of the speaker. The third is that in the repair and assembly of the field sound device, the polarity can be judged from the winding direction of the voice coil, as shown in the figure. Clockwise, the head is a "+" pole and the tail is a "-" pole. Going counterclockwise, the head is "-" pole and the tail is "+" pole. The fourth is to use the DC 50uA file of the pointer multimeter to place the "+,-" pole of the speaker, and press the speaker's paper cone. When the pointer of the multimeter swings clockwise, the end of the red pen is the "-" pole, and the black pen At one end is the "+" pole. When the pointer of the multimeter swings counterclockwise, the end connected with the red test lead is the “+” pole, and the end connected with the black test lead is the “-” pole.
