The survey and design of the Datang Henan Xin'an Ancient Wind Farm project was conducted in the domestic open tender, and the units that meet the qualification requirements are welcome to participate.

I. Project Description:

Project Name: Datang Xin'an Ancient Wind Farm Project Location: Xin'an County, Luoyang City, Henan Province Current Capacity: 56MW Unit Type: Wind Turbine Project Entity: Datang Henan Clean Energy Co., Ltd. Design time requirements: Under the premise that the entrusting party provides the relevant basic information, complete the preliminary design, tender design and construction drawing phase of all survey design and service work according to the project company approved schedule. 1) After the contract is signed, the wind turbine bidding technical documents will be provided within 20 days according to the request of the entrusting party; 2) After the fan is calibrated, the Design Institute will complete the micro-site selection of the fan within 30 days; 3) Provide the road within 25 days after the microsite is selected Drawings and tendering technical documents for road construction bidding; 4) Wind turbine foundation and grounding, blower installation bidding quantity list and bidding technical documents, wind turbine construction and construction bidding within 25 days after providing basic data; providing tower tendering technology The documents will be used for the bid invitation of the tower; 5) After the contract is signed, the design of the booster station shall be provided within 20 days according to the request of the entrusting party, submitted to the project company for review, and submitted to the design institute within 25 days after the completion of the inspection. Second, the scope of the tender:

From the preliminary design to the whole process of unit production and survey bidding. The survey, preliminary design and budget estimation of the entire wind power project, construction drawing design, as-built drawing preparation, technical services (including design drawings and on-site design, etc.) and technical documentation for the related construction bidding, equipment, and material tendering (including participation Evaluation work and design liaison meeting, work to meet the tendering quantity list, engineering control piles measurement, cooperation with compliance work, labor safety and industrial hygiene, fire protection, safety facilities design, etc. Preparation work, etc. According to relevant regulations, requirements and requirements of Datang Corporation, the project will carry out the optimization design work of this project and cooperate with the completion of the creation of quality projects. Third, the bidder's qualification requirements:

Qualification level of the bidder: The bidder shall have Grade A and Grade A comprehensive design qualification certificates. In the past 5 years, the bidder shall have independently undertaken 2 or more stages of survey and design performance of the wind turbine construction drawings in the mountainous area, and the personnel, equipment, and funds Other aspects have corresponding survey and design capabilities. The proposed project manager shall have the performance of phased survey and design of the construction drawings of mountainous wind power projects that have been independently put into operation for 2 or more years in the past 5 years. Passed ISO9001: 2000 quality management system certification, ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system certification or (OSHMS) occupational safety and health management system certification.
