Since last year, the demand for headlights for LED automotive lighting has been very hot. LED headlights have less error than traditional halogen lighting, and no filtering is required.

Jiao Qi introduced the company's newly developed inorganic (CMH: C=ceramic ceramic, M=Metal metal, H=Glass glass) packaging technology.
Among them, UVC LED technology product G6060, the technical core of this product is to help the UV LED SMD mode reliable packaging by means of CMH platform, realize the protection gas or vacuum packaging of deep ultraviolet UV LED, realize stable and reliable packaging, and thus improve its service life. .
At the same time, with the help of the CMH platform, the application of UV LEDs in harsh environments (such as high humidity, underwater, etc.) is expanded.
Another new product of Hongli Zhihui is the ML COB module. Compared with the SMD LED modules commonly used in the market, the reliability is higher, and the advantages of anti-vulcanization and process simplification are obvious.
The high reliability of the ML COB module is reflected in two aspects:
