Hebei Guohua Jidong Power Generation Co., Ltd. desalination equipment seawater desalination equipment, defoamer procurement (hereinafter referred to as "the project") the buyer is Shenhua Materials Group Co., Ltd., the fund comes from the company's own financing, the tenderer is Shenhua Materials Group Co., Ltd. . The project has already met the conditions for tendering, and it is now entrusted with the public bidding on the procurement of materials for the project. The project bidding number is: CSIEZB160201021.
2. The scope of tender
The bidding scope of this project includes the supply, transportation and related services of scale inhibitors and defoamer materials. (Specifications of specific goods, such as itemization, delivery time, delivery place, material name and model, etc., are listed in the attached “List of Bidding Itemsâ€).
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The tender requires bidders must also meet the following qualification conditions:
(1) The bidder shall be a registered enterprise legal person within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It shall be qualified as a VAT general taxpayer and its business scope shall cover the tendered materials. The registered capital shall not be less than RMB 8 million;
(2) The project does not accept the bids from agents of domestic manufacturers; the bidders of imported goods should provide the manufacturer's sole authorization for this project.
(3) Bidders have no less than three contracts in China to use the performance of low-temperature multi-thermal seawater desalination devices (from 2014 to now). Must submit a valid contract certificate (at least the contract home page, signature page, scope of supply). In the past three years, no significant quality problems have been discovered during the production, installation, commissioning and operation of the purchased goods.
(4) The product submitted by the bidder must have a test report of pharmaceutical ecology and toxicology information issued by the national authority for food, medicine or drinking water, and prove that the product is non-toxic or suitable for drinking water;
3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.
3.3 The person in charge of the unit is the same person or a different unit that has a controlling or managing relationship and may not participate in the same tender package. Otherwise, the relevant tender will be invalid.
4. Acquisition of tender documents
4.1 The bidding documents are priced at RMB 1,000 each and will not be refunded after sale.
4.2 Time of purchase: from 8:30 am to 11:30 am from November 14th, 2016 to November 21st, 2016, and from 13:30 to 16:30 pm (excluding legal holidays, statutory holidays).
