The installation neutrality is better, the angle tolerance is ±12°, and the parallelism deviation is ±0.5mm, which means a certain error. If both the angle error and the parallelism error are too large, it will cause the display digital jitter. In this case, the voltage fluctuation of the multimeter can be used to measure the voltage fluctuation. Be sure to adjust the angle and parallelism. Please pay special attention: After replacing the aluminum frame of the electronic ruler with a stainless steel frame at the site, the traction mounting position of the lever should be raised by 2 Mm. Otherwise, the grounding problem is solved, and the problem of misalignment is formed. It must be solved at the same time. The power supply must have sufficient capacity. If the power supply capacity is too small, the following situations are likely to occur: Clamping movement will cause the ejected electronic ruler to show jitter, or the glue movement will cause display fluctuations of the clamped electronic ruler. In particular, when the solenoid valve driving power supply is connected together with the electronic ruler power supply power source, the above-mentioned situation is easy to occur. In severe cases, the voltage fluctuation of the multimeter can be used to measure the voltage fluctuation. If you can't solve the problem by eliminating static interference, high-frequency interference, and poor neutrality, you can also suspect that the power of the power supply is too small.

For an electronic ruler that has been used for a long time, there may be many impurities, and there are oils and water mixtures that affect the contact resistance of the brush and cause the display of digital jitter. If only a short connection is made, the electrostatic interference will be eliminated immediately. However, it is difficult to eliminate high-frequency interference by the above methods, and high-frequency interference occurs in many robots and frequency conversion power savers, which can be verified by stopping the robot or frequency conversion.

The supply voltage should be stable, and the industrial power supply requires a stability of ±0.1%, for example, a reference voltage of 10V, allowing a fluctuation of ±0.01V. Otherwise, it will cause large fluctuations in the display.
