From a microscopic perspective, according to the theory of atomic physics, a substance is in an electrical equilibrium state when it is electrically neutral. Due to the gain and loss of electrons generated by the contact of different substance electrons, the substance loses its electrical balance and generates an electrostatic phenomenon.
Macroscopically speaking, friction between objects generates heat, stimulates electron transfer, contact and separation between objects generates electron transfer, electromagnetic induction causes an unbalanced distribution of charge on the surface of the object, and a combined effect of friction and electromagnetic induction.
The chief culprit of static electricity is the static voltage, which is generated by the contact and separation of different kinds of substances. This effect is known as triboelectric charging, and the voltage generated depends on the characteristics of the materials that rub against each other. Because the actual production process of the DID LCD splicing display is mainly due to direct contact and indirect contact between the human body and related components, static electricity is generated. 1. Grounding
Grounding is the direct discharge of static electricity to the ground through the wire connection. This is the most direct and effective anti-static measure. For conductors, grounding is usually used. The main cabinet and the DID LCD splicing screen are connected to the ground one by one.
2. Insulation
Insulation is to paste the insulating tape as far as possible between the DID LCD splicing screen and the metal and power connection to prevent static electricity.
Third, the line is separated from the line
Separating the cable from the cable means that the VGA cable and the power cable are separated. We all know that the VGA cable we use generally has no shielding layer. The VGA cable without the shielding layer and the power cable are easy to produce static interference
