I previously learned about the Cortex-M3 hardware design and bus protocol. Now, I'm diving into the software side of things with this live online course.
This WebEx session provided a technical overview of the Cortex-M3 DesignStart package. The course focused on the Armv7-M developer model and introduced tools used for developing software for the Cortex-M3 DesignStart. It included a brief introduction to the Cortex Microcontroller Software Interface Standard (CMSIS), explained how to build code safely for optimal performance and memory usage, and concluded with an in-depth look at debugging and tracing solutions for Armv7-M.
