Avago Technologies introduces cyan high-power LEDs for AC-based communication – ASMT-JC11 and ASMT-AC00. 1 watt LED provides high lumen output and high energy efficiency, and its rugged package and small size increase design flexibility .
The ASMT-JC11's 6-pin small package (SOP) measures 5mm x 4mm x 1.85mm), eliminating the space constraints of the application. Both devices can withstand up to 500mA and deliver 58 lumens of output at 350mA. The powerful output enables the use of less lumens to achieve the lumens required for the application, enabling a more energy efficient design.
Both new LEDs feature exposed thermal pads for efficient heat dissipation, low thermal resistance, 10°C per watt, and a high ratio of reliability to service life. The maximum allowable junction temperature of the ASMT-JC11 component is 150 °C, and the maximum allowable junction temperature of the ASMT-AC00 is 135 °C, which allows the LED to be driven under harsh operating conditions, improving lighting design flexibility and reliability. .
In addition, the device provides an optimum electrostatic discharge (ESD) impedance of 16kV in the same stage. During installation, no special ESD protection device is required to process the parts, reducing production costs. LEDs have electrically neutral heat sinks that can be mounted in an array using a common metal substrate without worrying about short circuits, simplifying thermal design.
ASMT-JC11/AC00 also has the following features: ASMT-JC11 has a wide viewing angle of 165 degrees, and ASMT-AC00 is 140 degrees. The color and light output are consistent. Heat-resistant silicon package, improved stability and working life ratio; compatible with reflow soldering program, reducing design cost; humidity sensitivity: ASMT-JC11 for MSL 1, ASMT-AC00 for MSL 2a; ASMT-AC00 device with 2 connection Foot package, also has exposed board design; lead-free and RoHS compliant.
Avago's ASMT-JC11 and ASMT-AC00 LEDs are now officially available, effectively meeting the needs of signal backlighting and architectural, commercial and decorative lighting applications.
SMT Stencil is made of stainless steel, and used for printing the solder paste on the SMT pads when do PCB Assembly job. Ours SMT stencil is high-precision Laser stencils which is OK for 0.3mm BGA PCB Assembly.
SMT Stencil could be framed SMT stencil and also could be un-framed SMT stencil.
For un-framed SMT stencil, the biggest size is 280mm*380mm and the valid size is 190mm*290mm. And also the size could be customized if required, just ensure the stencil size is bigger than the PCB boards. Normally, un-framed stencil is used for PCB hand assembly or PCB Prototype assembly which is cheap and convenient.
For framed SMT stencil, it has many sizes could be chose and it`s always used for PCB automatic assembly or big quantity PCB assembly. It could be put on the auto solder paste print machine in the automatic SMT line.
