After the completion of the acquisition and capital increase, the company held a total of 51% of Yuanheng Optoelectronics and the registered capital was changed to 30 million yuan.
Yuanheng Optoelectronics is principally engaged in the technical development, production and sales of LED indoor and outdoor displays and semiconductor lighting appliances. Previously, Dazu Laser's investment projects in the LED field included: Shenzhen Guoye Xingguang, with an investment of 50.58 million yuan, holding 51%; Dazu photoelectric equipment investment 29 million yuan, holding 86%; Lusheng Optoelectronics Technology investment 18 million yuan, holding 100%.
The company said that through the above projects and this investment, the company takes the independent research and development and production of LED complete automation packaging and test equipment as the entry point, and gradually enters the packaging, system and component design and production fields of LED display and high-power lighting devices.
The company also announced that the company's third largest shareholder, Hongta Innovation Investment, sold a total of 3,214,199 shares of the company through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange from March 15, 2007 to January 11, 2010, accounting for 0.6213% of the company's total shares. After the reduction, Hongta Innovation Investment still holds 24,036,300 shares of the company, all of which are unrestricted shares, accounting for 3.45% of the company's current total shares.
