Bare smart TV 55 inches price 3999 yuan! Leopard!

February 4th, Barley Technology held a new product launch today and called LeTV SuperTV to launch the first operator TV. The 55-inch barley TV Hi-Fi version costs 3,999 yuan.
Unlike traditional TV and Internet TV, Barley TV separates the TV screen (cloud screen) from the main components (cloud boxes). The screen section is a 55-inch ADS hard screen, using OGS nano magnetic material adsorption, to achieve a seamless fit, no screws, all-metal integration after the shell + all steel back, looks quite thin. The cloud box, which places components and systems together, is separated from the screen and can be upgraded online.
However, if you only spend 3333 yuan to purchase a 55-inch regular barley TV D55s without speaker speakers, you also need to have a separate speaker system - DomyHi-Fi. Therefore, if you want to use barley television normally, you need to purchase a 3,999 yuan barley TV Hi-Fi version at the very least.
In the business model, the Barley TV is similar to LeTV as it uses the "does not rely on hardware to make money" model, but it does not rely on content but on value-added services. It is reported that the goal of barley is to provide users with integrated solutions from broadband, terminal to services.
Therefore, Barley TV also launched a third-tier package: 55-inch barley TV Hi-Fi version and 100M barley super broadband one-year barley package package, priced at 4,999 yuan; including 55-inch barley TV Hi-Fi Edition and 1G Barley super broadband 1 year barley Gigabit package, priced at 5999 yuan; including 55-inch barley TV Hi-Fi version +1G barley super broadband 1 year + barley router + barley clear viewing fee package 1 year barley family package, sale Price 6999 yuan.
Zhou Liuqing, general manager of Barley Technologies, said that the "free TV + broadband" model of barley is more attractive to users than LeTV's "low price + content service fee" model.
As to whether or not LeTV is obsolete in the eyes of Zhou Liuqing, we do not discuss it first. However, as a TV, the actual content is obviously more important than the bandwidth for the user. Even if barley TV meets the needs of user bandwidth, we cannot know whether content can exceed LeTV.
